Due to a high number of last minute cancellations we have implemented a new cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment there will be a cancellation charge (up to 100% of grooming cost) added to your next appointment. Multiple cancellation charges will result in refusal of service.
We understand that life happens and things come up, but I ask that everyone please understand that we lose money every time someone cancels last minute or decides not to show up at all. Thanks for understanding.
